DC Concealed Carry Class:
A DC Concealed Carry class typically includes the following components:
Firearms Safety, Firearm Mechanics and Operation, Firearm Laws and Regulations, Concealed Carry Laws and Responsibilities, Conflict De-escalation and Avoidance, Defensive Shooting Techniques, Situational Awareness, Live Fire Training and Qualification, and Practical Scenarios:
This class is 16 hours over 2 days with 2 hours of range time, which is included in your course fee. Cost is $325.00 not including your DC application, fingerprinting/FBI background check or CCW license. You can also add the MD Wear & Carry Class for any extra $50.00
DC Concealed Carry Refresher Course:
The refresher course is 6-8 hours of classroom time with a cost of $125.00 and does not include the DC license renewal. You can also add the MD refresher course for an additional $75.00. Payment in full is required for this class.
Handgun Rental:
We offer a variety of handguns available for rental to students. Rental includes all necessary ammunition to complete the course, all relevant magazines, and other equipment. The cost is $60.00 but can also be bundled with your class of choice.
Maryland HQL Class:
This course meets the requirements for a Maryland resident to obtain a Handgun Qualification License (HQL) to purchase, rent, or receive, a handgun in Maryland, in accordance with the Firearms Safety Act of 2013. The cost is $100.00 and DOES NOT include the required live scan fingerprints. This class requires full payment to secure your seat in this class and the price includes applicable range fees. We can help you complete your on-line application for $50.00.
Maryland Wear & Carry Class:
This class meets the requirements for an applicant to apply for a Maryland Wear and Carry permit which is a requirement according to the Firearms Safety Act of 2013, before anyone can legally carry a handgun in the State of Maryland. This class is 16 hours in length as required by Maryland law. The cost is $325.00 and DOES NOT include the required live scan fingerprints or digitized photo. Use the links in our online shop to pay in full or make a $100.00 deposit to reserve our seat. Please contact with any questions. We can help you complete your on-line application for $50.00. And you can add the D. C. Class for an extra $50.00.
Maryland Wear & Carry Refresher Class:
This class meets the requirements for individuals to renew their Maryland Wear & Carry permit according to the Firearms Safety Act of 2013. This class is 8 hours in length & costs $125.00. Full payment is required to secure your seat in the class, and the price includes applicable range fees. You can also add the DC Renewal class for an additional $75.00. Use the link for our online shop to secure your seat in the next class. We are also able to help you complete your on-line renewal application as well for $50.00.
According to the Firearms Safety Act of 2013 Maryland residents are required to obtain the Hal and Wear and Carry if they desire to wear or carry a handgun.
New Jersey Concealed Carry Class:
Tri-State Training, LLC offers a comprehensive New Jersey Carry Class designed to equip applicants with the knowledge and skills required to carry concealed in New Jersey. The course covers critical aspects of New Jersey’s gun laws, including self-defense laws, legal use of force, and the nuances of concealed carry within the state. Participants will receive hands-on firearm training at the range, ensuring proficiency in safe and effective gun handling. Additionally, the class provides step-by-step guidance on navigating the concealed carry permit application process, including how to submit the necessary paperwork and meet legal requirements. Tri-State Training, LLC delivers thorough, professional instruction to help you achieve your concealed carry goals. The class is $200.00 and must be paid in full.
Private Lessons:
Here at Tri-State Training, LLC we offer a variety of private lessons that includes pistol, rifle, and shotgun. This course enable the student to work with the instructor in a one-on-one environment in order to improve on their marksmanship or gun safety techniques. This class is $150.00 for ninety-minutes and $75.00 for each additional hour. The student is required to provide their own gun, ammo, and all safety equipment. The student is also responsible for all applicable range fees.
Virginia/West Virginia Concealed Carry Class:
This class meets the requirements to apply for your Virginia or West Virginia concealed carry permit. We provide all of the necessary equipment for the class. The West Virginia permit is honored in 37 states. West Virginia residents may also qualify for a state personal income tax credit for up to $50.00 for completing this course. The class is approximately 4 hours and only costs $115.00. Payment for entire class is due at registration at the payment section to secure a seat in the class.
