Standard Transfer Rates:

$20.00 for cash | $25.00 for credit/debit card

Multi-Firearm Discount: 

Receive a $10.00 discount for each additional firearm processed during the same transaction after the third (3) firearm.

Firearm Consignment Fees:

Standard Consignment Rates

$25.00 per firearm OR 10% of the final sale price whichever amount is greater.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Gun Cases Are Mandatory

You must supply a hard case or gun rug for each firearm. Therefore, we cannot process your transfer without a case or a rug.

Carrier Restrictions:

In addition, due to ongoing delivery issues, we strongly recommend using UPS or USPS to ensure safe arrival.

Firearm Storage Policies:

At Tri-State Training, LLC, we strive to deliver efficient and secure FFL services to every customer. Additionally, to ensure customers pick up their items in a timely manner, we enforce the following storage guidelines for all incoming transfers.

1. Pick-Up Window Policy:

First, customers receive a 9-day grace period to pick up their firearm after we confirm receipt and log the item into our acquisition records.

2. Daily Storage Fees Schedule:

If you do not pick up your firearm within the initial 9-day window, we assess storage fees under these terms:

• Daily Rate: 
• We charge $10.00 per day for each firearm.
• Commencement: 
  
  Storage fees begin accruing on Day 10 after we enter the firearm into our acquisition records.
  
• Payment: Requirement: 
  
  You must pay all accrued storage fees in full before we release your firearm.

3. Policy For Unclaimed Property

Tri-State Training, LLC reserves the right to manage unclaimed inventory to recover unpaid costs.

Ownership Transfer Rules:

Once total accrued storage fees meet or exceed the fair market value of the firearm, the item is deemed abandoned property.

Abandoned Property:

 Consequently, at that time, ownership of the firearm formally transfers to Tri-State Training, LLC. Consequently, the item will be sold or disposed of.

4. Rules For Denied Background Checks:

Furthermore, if the NICS background check results in a denial, you remain responsible for all return shipping costs back to the original seller.

Also, you must pay any accrued storage fees until we process the return.

If the seller does not accept the firearm within the standard timeframe, our standard storage and abandonment terms will apply.

By shipping a firearm to Tri-State Training, LLC or leaving a firearm in our care, you agree to these terms and conditions.

After Delivery:

Once your firearm arrives, contact us immediately so we can schedule your background check.
