We are proud to announce that Tri-State Training, LLC is now a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder! This means we are officially authorized to assist you with:

The fee for a transfer is $20.00 for cash and Apple pay and $25.00 credit or debit card. There is a $10.00 discount for every firearm above three (3).

Veterans, law enforcement, and first responders are $15.00 per transfer. Proper identification required.

Consignments are $25.00 for each firearm or 10% of the sale price, whichever is greater.

Case’s or rugs are REQUIRED for each firearm transaction.

NO CASE, NO TRANSFER!

Also, do NOT ship your firearm with FedEx. There are known issues with receiving firearms through this delivery service.

Firearm Transfer & Storage Policy:

At Tri-State Training, LLC we strive to provide efficient and secure FFL services to each customer.  To ensure this level of customer service and timely pickup of all firearms, the following storage policy applies to all incoming transfers of firearms.

1.  Pick-up Window:  Customers have a nine-day grace period to pick up their firearm(s) after we confirm receipt and log the item into our acquisition records.

2. Storage Fees:  If a firearm is not picked up within the initial nine-day window, storage fees will be assessed as follows:

Daily Rate: $10.00 per day per firearm.

Commencement:  Fees begin accruing on Day 10 following the date entered into our acquisition records

 Payment  All accured storage fees must be paid in full before the firearm is released to the customer as well as before the transfer paperwork is initiated.

3.  Abandoned Property:  Tri-State Training, LLC reserves the right to manage unclaimed inventory to recover unpaid costs.

 Ownership Transfer: Once the total accrued storage fees meet or exceed the fair market value, the firearm is deemed abandoned property.

Forfeiture: At that time, ownership of the firearm will formally transfer to Tri-State Training, LLCThe item will be disposed of or sold at our discretion to settle the outstanding balance.

4.  Denied Background Checks:    If a background check is denied, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs to the original seller plus any accrued storage fees until the return is processed.  If the firearm is not returned to the seller within the timeframe outlined above, the standard storage and abandonment terms apply.

Note: By having a firearm shipped to Tri-State Training, LLC, or leaving a firearm in our possession, you agree to these terms and conditions.  We strongly recommend tracking your shipments contacing us upon placing your order to be shipped to Tri-State Training, LLC as well as contacting us immediately upon the arrival of your firearm to schedule your background check.
