I contacted several MD & WV CCW instructors before I found Chester at Tri-State Training. Tri-State was significantly less expensive. However, there were no shortcuts. Chester takes gun safety and the responsibility of concealed carrying very serious. It was a comfortable, informative class. They were amazing instructors!! Very understanding, very kind, and very relaxed. They make it an educational yet joyful experience- and for younger kids, they help them not be so afraid of these sorts of things. The price was reasonable, we went to a range together as a group after some presentations and needed information first. We learned proper posture, and how to handle emergency situations. A few months back, I had the pleasure of taking the West Virginia Wear & Carry class and the Maryland Wear & Carry class with Mr. Chester Sprankle of Tri-State Training, LLC.  I found the class to be very informative, comfortable, and fun.  Mr. Sprankle is an excellent teacher.  He has a passion for teaching safety and laws.  I would definitely recommend this class to anyone!  10/10!!  I will be taking my refresher classes with Mr. Sprankle in the future. –B. Mr. Sprankle has an excellent class and he always makes you feel welcomed and gives you the great experience of learning about guns and laws that’s needed to know for getting your CCW license. There is no other company that I know that can compete with his prices not only does he give you fair prices but once you leave the class you are not just walking out satisfied but also knowledgeable and confident on all the information you learned while taking the class.
